Welcome to my newest guided meditation, Unwrapping the Present and Letting the Lovely.
In time for the holidays, this 7-minute centering breathwork exercise is intended to help you find rest and peaceful presence amidst the flurry of seasonal activities. Guided by your own breath and accompanied by soft guitar, you’ll connect with your body, mind and heart, as well as expand your awareness into the world around you. It’s easy to be absorbed in something we find pleasurable. I call this, Letting the Lovely. May this offering be a reminder that the depth and loveliness of life can be accessed now and at any moment throughout the year.
